Indulge in a diverse culinary experience, starting with classic Italian pizza. Savor traditional first courses like a fresh wild mushroom salad with Norcia cheese, a creamy eggplant flan with Piccadilly tomato sauce, and a rich lasagna made with Chianina beef ragù. For main courses, enjoy 'Pia sta porcata' – a local pork specialty – and tender veal in a salt crust infused with citrus and spices. Conclude your meal with a delightful Malaga tart.
