The third edition of the Trofeo del Salame will take place in Nosadello on May 10, 2026. This unique event invites residents from Nosadello, Gradella, and Pandino, along with local butchers and farmers from neighboring towns, to participate in a friendly competition. You can even enter with 'salame d'asino' (donkey salami)! All salami entries must be submitted by 4:30 PM. Starting at 6:00 PM, an aperitivo with free tastings and a popular vote will conclude the event.
Indulge in a tasting of 'salame d'asino,' a distinctive local specialty, along with other artisanal salami varieties crafted by local producers.
