Novebolle will be the guest of honor, with a dedicated stand showcasing ambassador wines and the 'Best 100' of 2026. There will also be a tasting counter for Spumanti Metodo Classico from the Premio Giuliano Zuppiroli. The new 'Emilia Romagna da Bere e da Mangiare 2026/27' guide will be presented.
