Visitors can savor typical Villasalto dishes during a unique progressive dinner experience and enjoy live musical performances. The event also features workshops and exhibitions along its route.
Indulge in authentic Sardinian flavors with a progressive dinner featuring local specialties. Highlights include traditional cured meats like prosciutto and dry sausage, savory main courses such as slow-cooked pork stew with meatballs, and refreshing cold fregola pasta with tomatoes and basil. Don't miss the unique dessert of ricotta and honey cream with Amaro, alongside local wine and water.
Join us on July 18, 2026! The festivities kick off at 6:00 PM with "Su Bandidori" on Via Dante, marking the opening of various workshops and exhibitions. The progressive dinner begins at 8:00 PM. Later in the evening, at 10:30 PM, enjoy a performance by the group "POESIAS" featuring Nicola Melas, Stefano Loddo, Luca Fadda, and Simone Muggianu. The night continues with the "SKAOSSS FEST" by loska Famiglia.
