The SS.MO CROCIFISSO MIRACOLOSO celebration in Musellaro is a vibrant event blending religious tradition with lively community festivities. The program features novenas, solemn masses, processions, and spectacular fireworks displays. Evenings come alive with music from tribute bands, and the festivities conclude with a lottery drawing.
Join us for a week of celebration! From September 9th to 17th, daily events include a 5:30 PM Novena to the SS.MO CROCIFISSO MIRACOLOSO, followed by a Holy Rosary, Novena, and Holy Mass at 6:00 PM. On Monday, September 14th, at 9:00 PM, experience the Exaltation of the Cross with a torchlight procession starting from the Chiesa dell'Iconicella. Friday, September 18th, kicks off the main festivities at 7:00 AM with firecracker salutes. At 6:00 PM, witness the exposition of the SS.MO CROCIFISSO MIRACOLOSO, followed by Adoration and Holy Mass. The evening concludes with a musical performance by IO CANTO MASSIMO - Massimo Ranieri Tribute at 9:30 PM. Saturday, September 19th, features Holy Mass at 9:00 AM and a SOLEMN HOLY MASS at 11:00 AM, followed by a procession and fireworks. Another Holy Mass is held at 6:00 PM. At 9:30 PM, enjoy the musical show TAMURRIA La pizzica salentina. Sunday, September 20th, begins with a SOLEMN HOLY MASS at 11:00 AM, followed by a short procession and the repositioning of the SS.MO CROCIFISSO MIRACOLOSO. Holy Mass is also held at 6:00 PM. The evening's entertainment includes a VASKOMANIA - Tribute Band performance at 9:30 PM, a lottery drawing at 11:55 PM, and a grand fireworks display at midnight to close the celebrations.
