Join the Gruppo Volontari Protezione Civile Paracadutisti di Castelcovati for a day dedicated to Spiedo Bresciano, a beloved local specialty. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to savor this traditional dish, either dining in or taking it to-go. We also have options for children and those with lactose sensitivities. It's a wonderful way to support the Protezione Civile while enjoying an authentic taste of local Italian cuisine.
Indulge in the star of the show: Spiedo Bresciano, a delicious slow-roasted meat dish, served with creamy polenta and crispy fries. For our younger guests, there's a special kids' menu featuring breaded chicken cutlets, fries, and a drink. You can also grab a side of crispy fries to go.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 25th! Starting at 11:30 AM, you can pick up your Spiedo (7 pieces) with polenta for €15. If you prefer to dine in, join us at 12:30 PM for Spiedo (7 pieces) with polenta and fries for €18. The kids' menu, including a breaded chicken cutlet, fries, and a drink, is available for €8.
