At 8:00 PM, the artistic illuminations by "NARGISO" of San Nicola La Strada (Ce) will light up. The Brianese food festival stands open at 8:00 PM in P.zza Madonna di Pompei, offering fried zucchini flowers, stuffed sandwiches, french fries, and other treats. Live music starts at 9:00 PM. SATURDAY, August 29, 2026, features a pre-festive Holy Mass at 6:30 PM at Istituto delle Suore degli Angeli (via Quercione 1). The artistic illuminations will be switched on at 8:00 PM, and the food festival stands open at 8:00 PM in P.zza Madonna di Pompei. At 9:00 PM, enjoy an evening show with the orchestra Battito Italiano and comedian Francesco Procopio, including the S. ANNA LOTTERY ticket drawing. SUNDAY, August 30, 2026, is the main FESTA DI S. ANNA. Holy Mass is at 8:45 AM in the private chapel of the Sisters. At 9:30 AM, the "CITTÀ DI CASERTA" band kicks off a musical parade through the town, accompanied by the first fireworks. At 6:30 PM, a festive Holy Mass led by the parish priest and animated by the "Cantate Domino" choir will be followed by the procession. The sacred effigy of S. Anna will be carried by the "Accollatori S. Anna Briano" Association on an artistic float prepared by Davide Di Saverio, accompanied by the "CITTÀ DI CASERTA" band and all parish and civil associations. A small fireworks display by the youth and carriers of S. Anna from Briano will take place in the parking area at the town's entrance roundabout from via Catauli. At 8:00 PM, the artistic illuminations will be lit. Upon arrival in Piazza Madonna di Pompei, a wreath will be laid at the Monumento dei Caduti in guerra di Briano, followed by a greeting from the Archconfraternity. The procession with the simulacrum of S. Anna will then proceed through vicolo Zarrillo to via Sciascia, where a grand FIREWORKS SHOW by "ROGGIERO" Macerata Campania (Ce) will take place. The festivities conclude with a blessing with the relic of S. Anna after the show.
