Indulge in unique local varieties like "Mariedri o Cardunceddri" mushrooms cooked in a traditional clay pot, or try a Pinsa topped with roasted Chanterelle mushrooms, Pecorino Romano cream, and sausage. Pizza lovers will enjoy the Pizza dei Cortili with buffalo mozzarella, Cardoncelli mushrooms, yellow cherry tomatoes, and basil pesto. For a diverse tasting experience, opt for the tapas board featuring a mix of mushrooms, cured meats, and cheeses. Other highlights include a slow-cooked egg with Parmesan cream and truffle, a rich Zuccotta ai porcini (pumpkin cream with porcini, guanciale, sausage, and caramelized onion), and exquisite Fassona beef tartare with truffle. From October 21st to 24th, you can enjoy special mushroom-themed menus at participating local restaurants, including Piccola Osteria, La Golosa, Braceria da Pasquale, Matanzenu, La Braceria, Cortili di Nenè, Juniper, La Locanda, and Baccanera. The grand finale is on Saturday, October 24th, starting at 8:00 PM in Piazza Unità d'Italia, featuring the Sagra del fungo with food and wine stands and a mycological exhibition. The evening will conclude with live music by CESARE DELL'ANNA and his band.
