This unique event is accompanied by the Mercato della Terra, where producers from the Sette Comuni of the Altopiano offer tastings and sell their authentic local products. 📅 September 27, 2026: The day kicks off at 9:00 AM with the Transumanza experience – a bus departure from Ghelpach parking to Malga Busafonda (reservations required). From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, explore the Mercato della Terra, where you can purchase and taste typical products from the Sette Comuni. Around 12:00 PM, witness the highlight as the Malga Busafonda herd passes through the center of Gallio. At 1:00 PM, there will be a recognition ceremony for the malghesi, followed by a screening of the documentary 'Capindo la late'. Conclude your day at 2:30 PM with a charming walk through the town streets alongside the cheerful and curious goats.
