A unique weekend in Cervia celebrating the historic 'Rimessa del Sale' (Salt Warehouse) with reenactments, tastings, convivial gatherings, show cooking, guided tours, workshops, exhibitions, live performances, and events dedicated to one of the most iconic symbols of the Romagna Riviera. For thirty years, Sapore di Sale has told the story, culture, and identity of Cervia through its most precious symbol: Cervia's 'Sweet Salt'.
