The Sagra d'la Panissa celebrates rice, the symbol of Vercelli, with the typical panissa dish enriched with Saluggia beans, onion, Barbera wine, lard, and salam d'la duja. For its 34th edition, the Palestra Mazzini also hosts a rich musical program every evening from 7:30 PM. It's a fantastic opportunity to savor the traditional peasant cuisine of the Vercellese region and enjoy live concerts.
