The open kitchen will be serving up a variety of local dishes and classic Italian festival food every night, ensuring there's something delicious for everyone to enjoy.
The Sagra di Vaiano kicks off on Thursday, September 17th, at 9:00 PM with a book presentation by Padre Gigi at the Vaiano church. Friday, September 18th, features traditional ballroom dancing with Dario and Sissi. On Saturday, September 19th, don't miss the exciting La Cuccagna at 8:15 PM, followed by a tribute concert to 883 by Lo Strano Percorso at 9:00 PM. Sunday, September 20th, starts with the S. Messa patronale led by Mons. Cesare Pagazzi in the morning. In the afternoon, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, kids can enjoy pony rides at the oratorio, followed by a DJ set at 6:00 PM. The festival concludes on Monday, September 21st, with live music from Manuel & Elis, the awarding of the winning 'rione' (district) of the palio, and a grand fireworks show. Every evening from 8:30 PM, DJ Cicy will be spinning tunes, and a charity raffle will be held. The kitchen is open every night for dinner.
