The Patron Saint Festival of Santi Angeli celebrates the Chestnut Festival with a rich program of events. Every evening, a food stand offers Venetian and Italian specialties, including osso collo, handmade tortellini, Montelliane piadine, mushroom risotto, and giant spit-roasted meats. The festival also features music, shows, and activities for children, including a charity walk and a charity fishing game.

Our menu features hearty first courses like handmade gnocchi from Montello potatoes, comforting pasta e fagioli, creamy mushroom risotto, and delicate handmade tortellini in broth. For main courses, savor traditional Baccalà alla Vicentina with polenta, grilled meats, Cotechino e Bollito, succulent pork cheek with fresh polenta, and the impressive giant spit roast. Don't miss the local specialty, osso collo, also spit-roasted with fresh polenta. For a unique twist, try the chicken curry with Cantonese rice or crispy chicken strips with Montello potato fries. And of course, enjoy fresh chestnuts and Montelliane piadine, perfect for a quick bite.
Join us for a fantastic lineup of events! 📅 THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1st 6:30 PM: Holy Mass 7:00 PM: Food stand opens, featuring spit-roasted osso collo with fresh polenta and handmade tortellini in broth with meat filling. 9:00 PM: Enjoy the Coro dei BISNENT, performing traditional Venetian and Italian mountain songs and more, at the Santi Angeli cinema hall. 📅 FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2nd 6:30 PM: Solemn Holy Mass of the Guardian Angels 7:30 PM: Food stand opens, highlighting Montelliane piadine. 9:30 PM: Catch the Bayou Outlaws, a Creedence Clearwater Revival cover band (event canceled in case of bad weather). 📅 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3rd 5:30 PM: Holy Mass 6:30 PM: Food stand opens. 9:00 PM: Dance the night away with a DJ Set. 📅 SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4th 9:00 AM: Join the 'Walk for Stefano's Dream' (meet at the Church square, departure at 9:30 AM, approximately 10 km guided by the ASSOCIAZIONE IL SOGNO DI STEFANO). 10:30 AM: Holy Mass 12:00 PM: Food stand opens, serving mushroom risotto and giant spit roast, accompanied by Los Colombianos. 3:30 PM: Experience the Los Terribles de Tijuana with a Mexican fiesta featuring rock n' roll and Mexican music. 5:00 PM: Traditional games for children. 6:30 PM: Food stand opens. 📅 MONDAY, OCTOBER 5th 6:30 PM: Holy Mass 7:00 PM: Food stand opens, featuring pasta e fagioli, cotechino, and bollito, with Los Colombianos in memory of Simone Piazza. Every evening: Charity fishing game (proceeds benefit Parish activities). Friday and Saturday: Dedicated play area for children.
