The Sagra di San Sisto in Musano celebrates local traditions with a rich program of events. Each evening, food and wine stands offer specialties like 'spiedo' (spit-roasted meats), mixed grilled fish, and 'costata di Sorana' (Sorana beef rib steak). The festival also features live music, entertainment for children, and a spectacular pyromusical show to conclude the festivities.

At 4:30 PM, there's a Treasure Hunt through Musano. The food stands open at 7:00 PM, followed by REVERSE - POP ROCK BAND at 9:30 PM. Tuesday, August 4th, is 'Giostre a 1 Euro' (rides for 1 Euro, and Tagadà discount 1 Euro). Food stands open at 7:00 PM, with entertainment by Grest '26 at 8:30 PM, and a Latin night with SALSENERGY at 9:30 PM. Wednesday, August 5th, starts with Holy Mass at 7:30 AM in the S. Sisto chapel (including bread blessing). At 8:15 AM, enjoy traditional 'trippa' organized by the Alpini. Another Holy Mass is at 10:00 AM in the S. Sisto chapel.
