The 45th Sagra di Qualità in Calliano celebrates the unique agnolotto d'asino (donkey agnolotti pasta) and other local specialties. You'll also find other delicious donkey meat preparations, such as savory salamini d'asino (donkey sausages) and hearty stufato d'asino (donkey stew) served with polenta, offering a true taste of regional culinary traditions.
📅 JUNE 26: The evening kicks off at 7:00 PM with dinner service featuring Agnolotti, stufato with polenta, and salamini d'asino. At 9:00 PM, the ASILO-TRIBUTO VASCO orchestra will entertain the crowd, followed by DJ TOYU in Piazza Marconi at 10:30 PM. 📅 JUNE 27: Starting at 7:00 PM, enjoy a 'Grande Abbuffata' (Big Feast) with all our Donkey Specialties. Live music by LUIGI GALLIA begins at 9:00 PM, and DJ SONIK will take over in Piazza Marconi at 10:30 PM. 📅 JUNE 28: From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Via Roma hosts a market of typical local products. Join us for lunch at 12:00 PM with our Donkey Specialties. Dinner service begins at 7:00 PM, offering Agnolotti, Stufato, and Salamini while supplies last. The evening concludes with live music from a GRUPPO MUSICALE at 9:00 PM.
