The 31st Sagra di Imponzo invites you to five days of celebration, music, and delicious food! Held at the local sports field, you can savor typical regional dishes like Imponzo's frico, polenta made with local Friulian corn, and a mixed grill. The program features lively dance evenings, live concerts, film screenings, and a friendly amateur briscola card tournament.
Indulge in authentic local flavors at the Sagra di Imponzo! Highlights include the renowned Frico di Imponzo, a savory cheese dish made with zero-kilometer cheeses from "Morassi" Farm, and traditional polenta crafted with Friulian corn milled right in Imponzo. Meat lovers will enjoy the mixed grill featuring "Molinari" meats, spit-roasted porchetta, and classic sausage with polenta. For a lighter bite, there are wurstel and fries, all perfectly paired with craft beers from "Dimont" of Cedarchis.
Join the festivities at Sagra di Imponzo! The fun kicks off on WEDNESDAY, JULY 22, at 8:30 PM with the bar opening and a screening of the animated film "IL ROBOT SELVAGGIO" (CINESTATE TOLMEZZO 2026). THURSDAY, JULY 23, starts at 7:00 PM with food stands opening, featuring a special PORCHETTA ALLO SPIEDO menu (or wurstel and fries, or sausage and polenta). At 8:00 PM, sign-ups begin for the AMATEUR BRISCOLA TOURNAMENT, with delicious food prizes. On FRIDAY, JULY 24, food stands open at 7:00 PM. At 9:30 PM, enjoy a LIVE concert with the famous EXES - COVER BAND 360°, followed by a grand closing set with MICHELE PATATTI DJ. SATURDAY, JULY 25, sees food stands open at 7:00 PM, leading into a lively dance evening at 9:00 PM with the orchestra "ALPENECHO." SUNDAY, JULY 26, begins at 12:00 PM with food stands and kitchen opening for lunch, accompanied by music from FAUSTO ZARABARA and entertainment by ROMEO PATATTI. At 5:30 PM, catch a Carnico 1st category championship match: REAL I.C. vs CAVAZZO. Food stands reopen at 7:00 PM, followed by the FINAL DRAW for 20 winning lottery tickets. The evening concludes at 8:00 PM with traditional 'ballo liscio' dancing and a grand closing celebration featuring "ROBY MUSIC FOLK."
