The 153rd Sagra di Fregona invites you from October 16th to 18th, 2026, for a rich program of events. Each evening, you can savor different food and wine specialties, such as Trippe, Cervo in Salmì, and Frittura di pesce. There will also be live music, DJ sets, and the traditional procession and Solemn Holy Mass.
Indulge in a variety of local culinary delights, including crispy Frittura di pesce (fried fish), the rich and savory Cervo in Salmì (venison stew), and the traditional Trippe (tripe), alongside the festive Spiedo della festa (spit-roasted meat) and warm Caldarroste (roasted chestnuts).
The festival kicks off on Friday, October 16th, with the opening of the food stand at 6:30 PM, featuring the specialty "Le Trippe" at 7:00 PM. The evening continues with Reggaeton vibes and MR. PAOLINO DJ Show dance at 9:30 PM. Saturday, October 17th, also starts with the food stand opening at 6:30 PM, highlighting "Il Cervo in Salmì" at 7:00 PM, followed by a high-energy ABSOLUTE 5 Disco rock party live at 9:30 PM. Sunday, October 18th, begins with a traditional procession at 10:30 AM at Chiesa di S. Martino, leading to a Solemn Holy Mass animated by the parish choir at 11:00 AM at Chiesa Arcipretale. A community lunch, Spiedo della festa, will be held at 12:30 PM in memory of Gino Da Ros. The evening's food specialty is "Frittura di pesce" at 7:00 PM, with rock-blues vibrations from MOTEL 27 at 8:45 PM. Throughout the festival, enjoy a Luna Park and roasted chestnuts available at the stand.
