Get ready for 11 days of pure Italian fun at the 31st edition of the Sagra di Castions di Zoppola! Held in Parco Burgos, this festival is a vibrant celebration of food, music, and community. Indulge in a rich culinary program featuring mouth-watering specialties like Florentine steak, sliced beef Tagliata, and the impressive Chianina Lingotto. Each evening comes alive with musical performances, comedy shows, and dancing. Plus, there are charitable and sporting events to ensure a complete and unforgettable experience for everyone.
Prepare your taste buds for a feast! Our menu highlights include hearty Fiorentina steak (around 1 kg), the impressive LINGOTTO DI CHIANINA (290g), and succulent Tagliata di manzo (around 400g). You'll also find classic Italian comfort foods like fresh Gnocchi and Pastasciutta (especially for our bike ride participants), along with Frico and Fagio. For lighter bites, try our Crostini, or dive into our SMASH BURGOS for a street food treat. We also offer Pollo, Salsiccia, and Wienerschnitzel.
