The Sagra di Castello di Aviano, organized by the Pro Castello di Aviano Association, offers two weeks of delicious specialties featuring 'bufalina' (buffalo meat) and 'sorana' (heifer meat). Get ready for two weeks of fun! The festival kicks off on Friday, June 28th, at 7:00 PM with a 'Serata con il Casaro' – a special evening featuring a cheesemaker, with mozzarella tasting and live demonstration of mozzarella making. Later, at 9:00 PM, enjoy 'liscio' dance music with the band "I MUSICANTI DI GIAIS". Saturday, June 29th, brings a night of jazz, swing, and bossanova with the "NIGHT&SWING QUARTET" starting at 9:30 PM. On Sunday, June 30th, at 3:00 PM, take a historical and artistic tour of the Churches of Castello di Aviano. In the evening, at 9:00 PM, "LUCIO E I ROBUSTI" will perform, celebrating the history of robust Italian music. Thursday, July 4th, features pop-rock music from "ONDACUSTICA" at 9:30 PM. Friday, July 5th, repeats the popular 'Serata con il Casaro' at 7:00 PM, followed by more pop-rock with "ONDACUSTICA" at 9:30 PM. Saturday, July 6th, highlights a special 'Frico Live' evening at 7:00 PM, in collaboration with Latteria di Aviano. Dance the night away to music from the 70s to 2000s with "DANCE MOOD" at 9:30 PM. Finally, on Sunday, July 7th, at 3:00 PM, enjoy another historical and artistic itinerary through the Churches of Castello di Aviano. The festival concludes with a 360° rock cover performance by the "SCLÖPIT BAND" at 9:00 PM.
