The 32nd Sagra di Cadunea celebrates the unique local specialty, Cjarsons di Cadunea, sweet and savory dumplings filled with fresh fruit. You'll also find other regional delights like frico (a crispy cheese dish), gnocchi, sausages, grilled meats, porchetta (roast pork), arrosticini (lamb skewers), and apple fritters, all perfectly paired with excellent D.O.C. wines. The festival takes place indoors under a large marquee, complete with a beautiful wooden dance floor.
Indulge in a wide array of traditional Friulian dishes, from the signature Cjarsons di Cadunea, a unique sweet and savory dumpling, to hearty options like frico, gnocchi, and various grilled meats including porchetta, sausages, and arrosticini. Don't miss the sweet apple fritters and a selection of D.O.C. wines. For a quick bite, there are also wurstel and fries.
