The 32nd Sagra di Cadunea celebrates the unique local specialty, Cjarsons di Cadunea, sweet and savory dumplings filled with fresh fruit. You'll also find other regional delights like frico (a crispy cheese dish), gnocchi, sausages, grilled meats, porchetta (roast pork), arrosticini (skewered lamb), and apple fritters, all perfectly paired with excellent D.O.C. wines. The festival takes place indoors under a large marquee, complete with a beautiful wooden dance floor.
Indulge in a variety of authentic Italian flavors, from the unique Cjarsons di Cadunea, a local dumpling specialty, to hearty grilled meats like porchetta, arrosticini, and traditional sausages.
