Experience the 12th edition of the Sagra dì Bollito in Pelago (FI), held over two weekends: October 17-18 and October 24-25, 2026, at the Centro Pastorale Giorgio La Pira. This festival celebrates the heart of Tuscan peasant cuisine, featuring beloved traditional dishes like lesso rifatto and gran bollito, all lovingly prepared by the local women of the village.
Indulge in authentic Tuscan culinary traditions with highlights such as Gran Bollito, a rich and flavorful boiled meat dish, and Lesso Rifatto, a delicious re-imagining of boiled beef, alongside other regional specialties crafted by local cooks.
Join us for lunch on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2026, with two sittings at 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM. The festival continues the following weekend, Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25, 2026, with lunch sittings at 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM. Evening dinner sittings are also available at 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. All events take place at Centro Pastorale G. La Pira, Via Vallombrosana 4, Pelago (FI).
