A food festival celebrating the delicious traditional cuisine of Liguria. Kitchens open at 7:00 PM, with a lively atmosphere enhanced by DJ sets and music. Don't miss the local traditional tractor gathering!
Indulge in authentic Ligurian dishes like 'Coniglio alla ligure' (Ligurian-style rabbit), 'Focaccia con Bra cruda' (focaccia with raw Bra cheese), and 'Panizza fritta' (fried chickpea fritters). A highlight is the 'Fugassin,' a traditional fried dough, served plain or stuffed with cheese, pesto, or cured meats. Also, savor the unique 'Ravioli di borraggine' (borage ravioli), a true taste of local tradition.
The festival runs from August 21st to August 24th. Each evening, food stands open at 7:00 PM. From Thursday to Sunday, enjoy live music from various artists starting at 8:30 PM. On Saturday, August 23rd, in addition to music, there will be a special show by Sergio Sgrilli at 10:30 PM.
