Since 1928, the Sagra dell'Uva in Cupramontana has become the oldest harvest celebration in the Marche region. For four lively days the historic village honors its signature grape, Verdicchio, with food stalls offering traditional local dishes, tastings of Verdicchio wine, folk performances, live music and the classic Palio della Pigiatura. The 2026 edition adds big‑stage concerts featuring Nina Zilli, Dargen D’Amico, Prezioso and Rita Pavone.
🍇 Thursday, October 1 – Opening ceremony at 7:30 pm with the Don N. Bonanni Band, followed by a toast and the start of food stalls and Verdicchio tasting stations. The night ends with a free concert by OLOFERNE Folk Rock Band at 11 pm. 🍇 Friday, October 2 – Afternoon “Piazzetta degli Artisti” with street music in Piazza IV Novembre. Food stalls reopen at 7:30 pm, Verdicchio pours again, and the evening features a concert by Nina Zilli at 10 pm, followed by DJ Aladin until midnight. Admission tickets (including concerts) are on sale online via Ciaotickets or at the gate. 🍇 Saturday, October 3 – Food stalls open at noon. At 3:30 pm the cultural group Massaccio leads the traditional parade, starting from Via Marianna Ferranti. The Palio della Pigiatura kicks off at 4 pm in Piazza Cavour, followed by another Massaccio performance. The “Piazzetta degli Artisti” continues in the afternoon, and folk singers La Raganella play at 6 pm around the historic centre. Verdicchio tasting resumes at 8 pm. The night closes with a DJ set by Dargen D’Amico at 10 pm and a high‑energy show by Prezioso at midnight. Tickets include all concerts. 🍇 Sunday, October 4 – The day begins with a formal reception of local authorities at 10 am in the council hall. At 11 am a colorful flag parade and marching bands march through Piazza Cavour and Corso Leopardi. Food stalls reopen at noon. At 3:30 pm the grand parade of allegorical floats rolls by, accompanied by the local band and the Majorettes Pianello Vallesina. Awards for the floats and stalls are presented at 5:30 pm, followed by a lottery draw. The headline concert by Rita Pavone starts at 6:30 pm, with Verdicchio tasting at 7:30 pm. The festival ends with fireworks at 10 pm. All concerts are covered by the entry ticket, purchasable online or on site.
