The 28th Sagra dello Struzzo in Pozzuolo del Friuli is a vibrant popular festival where you can savor unique culinary specialties featuring ostrich and traditional Friulian meats. The festival kicks off on **FRIDAY, JULY 24th** at 7:00 PM with the opening festivities, followed by a musical evening at 9:00 PM with the Stefania e i Mammamia orchestra, and Dancemania at AreaG Live at 9:30 PM. **SATURDAY, JULY 25th** starts at 7:30 PM with AperiStruzzo featuring DJ Simone Bernardinis. Enjoy a dance evening with the Marco e il Clan orchestra at 9:00 PM, and AreaG Live presents Turbo Max-883 (Max Pezzali Tribute Band) at 9:30 PM. On **SUNDAY, JULY 26th**, AperiStruzzo is available at AreaG & Enoteca from 7:30 PM. Catch a performance by the Planet Rock Studio group at 8:00 PM, followed by a dance evening with the Luca Roncari orchestra at 9:00 PM, and Absolute 5 at AreaG Live at 9:30 PM. **WEDNESDAY, JULY 29th** sees the opening of kiosks and kitchens at 8:00 PM with a special youth menu, leading into the Sbrume Sot de Lune Foam Party at 9:30 PM. **FRIDAY, JULY 31st** begins with AperiStruzzo featuring DJ Ale Esse at 7:30 PM, followed by the Associations' Anniversary celebration at 8:30 PM, and a musical evening with Cindy and the Rock History at 9:30 PM. **SATURDAY, AUGUST 1st** offers AperiStruzzo with DJ Simone Bernardinis at 7:30 PM. Dance the night away with the Renza Glamour orchestra at 9:00 PM, and AreaG Live presents the Nicola Straballo Band at 9:30 PM.
