This gastronomic event brings together Umbrian stringozzo pasta with the renowned Tuscan Cinta Senese pork. Organized by the Contrada Pievania del Palio di Buti, the festival will animate the historic center for two long weekends. The menu features Tuscan specialties, including exciting new additions like stringozzi with porcini mushrooms, pork loin with mushrooms, and crispy fried mushrooms. Food stands are open every evening at Parco Danielli.

On Saturday evenings (7:00 PM - 12:00 AM), a free shuttle service will be available from the Buti Cemetery parking lot to Piazza Garibaldi, making it easy to join the festivities.
