Get ready for a new edition of the Sagra delle pallette ai funghi! This festival celebrates "pallette" – delicious polenta dumplings – served with either rich mushroom sauce or a hearty meat ragù. Join us on July 17-19 and 24-26, starting at 7:00 PM, for an evening of great food, live music, and fun for the whole family. We'll also have dedicated spaces for kids, ample parking, and a bar. Indulge in a variety of traditional Tuscan delights! Our menu features the star of the show, "pallette" – polenta dumplings served with either a savory mushroom sauce or a classic meat ragù. You can also savor pappardelle al cinghiale (wild boar pasta), succulent grilled meats, and a selection of delightful desserts like "frati" (fried dough), "torte coi bischeri" (a unique local tart), and refreshing gelato.
