The 22nd edition of the Sagra delle Manfregole invites you to Colonnetta, a charming hamlet in the Municipality of Fabro (TR), for two weekends dedicated to the authentic flavors and traditions of Umbria. Starting at 7:30 PM each evening, food stands will serve up delicious specialties like fried lamb cutlets, oven-baked pork hock, grilled beef steak, and the star of the show: 'manfregole.' These unique, handmade egg-free tagliatelle are served with rich ragù, 'boscaiola' (woodman's style) sauce, or decadent truffle sauce. The event also features live musical entertainment.
