The 18th Sagra delle Carni in Umido, organized by the Amici Protezione Civile Cantù, invites you to savor a rich menu of gastronomic specialties. This event takes place at Campo Solare in Cantù and offers convenient take-away options. All proceeds will be donated to the Protezione Civile di Cantù to help acquire new equipment.

Our menu features a selection of seasonal cheeses like Gorgonzola and Taleggio, alongside a platter of cured meats including Bresaola and local Brianza salami. Enjoy hearty main courses such as slow-cooked donkey stew (Brasato d'Asino), wild boar with juniper berries, and classic Osso Buco.
