The 17th Sagra delle Acciughe is coming to Teriasca, a charming hamlet in the Municipality of Sori, for three days celebrating traditional Ligurian cuisine. Each evening, starting at 8 PM, the food stands open with a rich menu centered around anchovies and other local specialties. The nights will be enlivened with live music and DJ sets, and a convenient shuttle service will be available from 7 PM.
Indulge in the authentic flavors of Liguria with a menu highlighting fresh anchovies prepared in various ways, including the traditional Bagnun di acciughe soup and crispy fried anchovies. You'll also find other seafood delights like fried shrimp and calamari, alongside classic Ligurian pasta dishes such as Taglierini al pesto and Taglierini al sapore di mare. For those who prefer meat, grilled pork loin with french fries is available. Complement your meal with a selection of local wines, beers, and delicious desserts.
