The 45th edition of the Sagra dell'Anguilla e Baccalà returns to Uliveto Terme, an unmissable event for lovers of great food. Every evening, starting at 7:00 PM, you can savor typical dishes and specialties featuring eel and baccalà (salted cod), also available for takeout. There will also be a menu with grilled meats and live music with an orchestra to liven up the evenings.
