The Sagra dell'Agnolotto in Bosconero celebrates one of the most iconic dishes of Piedmontese and Canavese cuisine. Organized by the La Rusà association, this event offers a rich program that combines gastronomy, music, sports, and community spirit, attracting visitors from across Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. Agnolotti pasta takes center stage, even in a delicious fried version.
Indulge in the star of the show, Agnolotti, a traditional stuffed pasta from Piedmont, available in both classic and a unique fried 'street food' style. Beyond the main attraction, you can also enjoy freshly made pizza and a hearty spaghetti dish.
📅 Friday, July 24th: 🍽️ 8:00 PM: The festival kicks off with a special pizza night. 🏃♀️ 12:00 AM (midnight): Join the 'Mezzanotte alla Rusà' and 'Millelumini' moonlight walks – a 6 km non-competitive run and stroll. A spaghetti dinner awaits all participants at the finish line. Registration fee: 10 euros. 📅 Saturday, July 25th: 🍽️ From 7:00 PM: Agnolotti take the spotlight, also available in a crispy fried version. 🎵 10:00 PM: Get ready for a DJ Show by Just4Deejays, spinning 90s music. 📅 Sunday, July 26th: 🏍️ The 9th edition of the motorcycle rally dedicated to Paolo Mangeruga, open to all types of motorcycles. 🍽️ Throughout the day, Agnolotti will be served in all its delicious forms. 📅 Monday, July 27th: 🍽️ The final gastronomic evening, with Agnolotti as the undisputed star of the menu. 🎤 Enjoy a live performance by the Orchestra Spettacolo Matteo Tarantino. 👑 The election of Miss & Mister Agnolotto 2026.
