The 45th Sagra dell'Acquacotta returns to Santa Fiora from August 8th to 17th, nestled in the heart of Monte Amiata. This beloved festival offers delicious food, a convivial atmosphere, and traditions passed down through generations. The star of the show is Acquacotta, a classic Tuscan soup, alongside many other regional culinary specialties. The food stand is open every evening and for lunch, with special nights dedicated to Florentine steak, snails, tripe stew, and even a presentation of the local football team.
Indulge in authentic Tuscan flavors, including the signature Acquacotta soup, hearty Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Florentine steak), and unique local delicacies like Trippata (a traditional tripe stew) and Lumache (snails prepared in a regional style).
