The star of the show is Aquilea Soup, a hearty dish made with local vegetables and wild herbs. You'll also find delicious grilled specialties, traditional trippa, crispy fried pasta, and delightful local desserts like torte co' becchi. Running alongside the food festival is the Ballando sotto le stelle Music Festival, offering lively music and evening entertainment. This event is committed to sustainability, being plastic-free and featuring zero-kilometer ingredients. There's a dedicated play area for kids, dogs are welcome, and ample illuminated parking is available.

Saturday, August 1st, features DJ Lorenzo Torelli. The Sagra della Zuppa continues on Sunday, August 2nd. The festival picks up again on Friday, August 7th, with both the Sagra della Zuppa and Ballando sotto le stelle, continuing through Saturday, August 8th, and Sunday, August 9th. There's a children's play area, dogs are welcome, and illuminated parking is available.
