Four evenings of celebration, music, and especially plenty of Tire await you in Piazza della Vittoria in Cairo Montenotte. Starting at 7 PM, food stands will offer local specialties, including gluten-free Tire and desserts. From 9 PM, enjoy live music with bands and DJ sets, Occitan dances, and musical tributes. This is a special opportunity to experience the town center through delicious flavors, social gatherings, and great music.
Indulge in the star of the festival, 'Tire' – a beloved local street food specialty. For those with dietary needs, gluten-free Tire and a selection of delightful gluten-free desserts are also available.
