The 41st edition of the Sagra della Tagliatella takes place in Cartiere, Gualdo Tadino, for three days dedicated to local Umbrian cuisine. Every evening from 7:30 PM, food stands offer tagliatelle pasta with a variety of sauces and other typical delicacies. The festival also includes lively dance evenings with live orchestras.
