This lively festival offers an incredible array of food and wine, with a special focus on 'sopressa' (a traditional cured sausage) and delicious grilled meats. The festival kicks off on FRIDAY, July 10th, at 6:30 PM with the grand inauguration and opening of food stands. Enjoy aperitifs and DJ sets at Monkey's Bar from 7:00 PM, followed by a dance performance by 'Arte Danza' at 8:30 PM. SATURDAY, July 11th, features the '7a Prama in Color' Color Run at 4:00 PM. Food stands open at 6:30 PM, with Monkey's Bar music from 7:00 PM, and an evening of dancing with the 'MANUEL MARTINI' orchestra at 9:00 PM. SUNDAY, July 12th, starts early at 6:00 AM with the 26th FIERA DEI OSEI (Bird Fair), including a singing contest and raptor exhibition. Food stands are open from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Explore the 26th MOSTRA MERCATO E BANCARELLE (Market Exhibition) at 8:00 AM. The 7° Torneo Green Volley begins at 9:00 AM, and Monkey's Bar hosts 'AperiMonkey’s'. Don't miss the raptor flight exhibition at 11:30 AM. Evening food stands open at 6:30 PM, Monkey's Bar music at 7:00 PM, and dancing with the 'LUCA RONCARI' orchestra at 9:00 PM. FRIDAY, July 17th, food stands open at 6:30 PM, with a special dinner area for women (reservations required). Monkey's Bar offers aperitifs and DJ sets from 7:00 PM, followed by 'liscio' dancing with Gruppo Rizzetto, Stefano on accordion, and Dj Flavio at 9:00 PM. SATURDAY, July 18th, food stands open at 6:30 PM, Monkey's Bar music from 7:00 PM, and dancing with the 'SABRINA BORGHETTI' orchestra at 9:00 PM. SUNDAY, July 19th, food stands open at 6:30 PM, with an evening of dancing featuring the 'GIMMY & I RICORDI' orchestra at 9:00 PM. The festival concludes on MONDAY, July 20th. Food stands open at 6:30 PM, Monkey's Bar music from 7:00 PM, and a lively evening with the 'CARAMEL Party Band' (Disco Latin Rock) at 9:00 PM. The Grand Charity Raffle closes at 11:00 PM, followed by a spectacular fireworks display at 11:30 PM to mark the end of the celebrations.
