The Sagra della Salsiccia, or "Sautissa" as locals call it, returns to Castelnuovo Don Bosco for three evenings dedicated to delicious local specialties. The food stand, open every evening from 7:30 PM, will offer exclusive sausage-based dishes and the region's renowned DOC wines. The event also features the traditional Corsa delle Botti (Barrel Race), live shows, parties, and music for everyone to enjoy.
