The 48th Sagra della Salsiccia brings lively evenings of great food and entertainment to Borgo a Buggiano. Every night, you can enjoy a variety of dinner specialties, with grilled dishes and bomboloni (Italian doughnuts) always available. The program features disco nights with '70s, '80s, and '90s music, live performances by various orchestras, and culminates with a free sausage distribution on Sunday.

Join us for evenings of fun! On SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th, dinner starts at 8 PM, followed by a '70s, '80s, and '90s Disco Night with LUCA BERGER DJ from 9 PM to midnight. SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th, features dinner at 8 PM and music and dancing with DIAMANTI BLU from 9 PM to midnight. The festivities continue on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th, with dinner at 8 PM and music and dancing with IL SENTIERO DEL CUORE from 9 PM to midnight. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th, offers dinner at 8 PM and music and dancing with SOUVENIR from 9 PM to midnight. The grand finale on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th, includes a free SALSICCIA distribution from 4 PM to 5 PM, dinner at 8 PM, and music and dancing with the ARIANNA GHERA Orchestra from 9 PM to midnight.
