The 48th Sagra della Salsiccia brings lively evenings of great food and entertainment to Borgo a Buggiano. Each night, you can enjoy a variety of delicious specialties for dinner, with grilled dishes and bomboloni (Italian donuts) always available. The program features disco nights with hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, as well as live music from various orchestras, all culminating in a free sausage distribution on Sunday.

Join us for an exciting program! On SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5th, dinner with various specialties starts at 8 PM, followed by a 70s-80s-90s Disco Night with LUCA BERGER DJ from 9 PM to midnight. SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th, features dinner at 8 PM, then music and dancing with DIAMANTI BLU from 9 PM to midnight. On FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th, enjoy dinner at 8 PM, followed by music and dancing with IL SENTIERO DEL CUORE from 9 PM to midnight. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th, offers dinner at 8 PM, then music and dancing with SOUVENIR from 9 PM to midnight. The grand finale on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th, includes a FREE SALSICCIA (sausage) distribution from 4 PM to 5 PM, dinner with various specialties at 8 PM, and music and dancing with the ARIANNA GHERA Orchestra from 9 PM to midnight.
