In the charming village of Ribolla, part of Roccastrada (GR), the 14th edition of the Sagra della Ribollita is set to delight visitors from Friday, July 17 to Sunday, July 19. The festival takes place in the lively Piazza della Paga, where evenings come alive with live music and dancing after dinner.
Indulge in the region’s beloved ribollita— a hearty, slow‑cooked vegetable and bean soup made from a traditional family recipe—along with freshly made tortelli. Choose from tortelli served with a rich meat ragù, a rustic mushroom‑and‑herb boscaiola sauce, or a simple butter and sage topping that lets the pasta shine.
Food stalls stay open every night for dinner from 7:30 PM onward. After you’ve savored the local dishes, enjoy live music performances and dance parties that keep the atmosphere festive well into the night.
