The stars of the show are two local culinary specialties: the pupporina, a round sweet prepared in honor of San Bartolomeo, and the tordello, a pasta filled with ground meat, eggs, and aromatic herbs. The program also includes entertainment shows, dancing with live orchestras, and games of Tombola and Tombolone. Admission is free.
