The 4th edition of the Sagra della Polpetta Spianese di Baccalà celebrates authentic traditional flavors with three evenings of great food and entertainment. The menu features baccalà-based specialties, including pennette pasta, fried baccalà, and the exquisite baccalà meatballs. Each evening is enriched with shows and music.

Join us for three nights of fun! On Friday, September 4th, enjoy a vibrant Show Dance with Sara Aliberti. Saturday, September 5th, features a special evening of traditional folk songs with 'Kalimma'. The festival concludes on Sunday, September 6th, with music and entertainment by Agostino Iemmo.
