The 47th Sagra della Polenta in Caldarola (August 20-23) offers a delicious array of polenta and tagliatelle dishes, featuring rich ragù sauces made with duck, cod, wild boar, and venison. You'll also find a mixed grill, Abruzzese arrosticini (skewers), and other local specialties. Enjoy live music every evening: Twins Band on Thursday, balle Sballe on Friday, Federico Olivotti on Saturday, and a dance floor on Sunday starting at 11:30 PM. Organized by Caldarola Volley.
