The 47th Sagra della Polenta in Caldarola (August 20-23) invites you to savor delicious polenta and tagliatelle served with rich duck, cod, wild boar, and venison ragùs. You'll also find a mixed grill, Abruzzese arrosticini (skewers), and other local specialties. Enjoy live music every evening: Twins Band on Thursday, balle Sballe on Friday, Federico Olivotti on Saturday, and a dance floor on Sunday starting at 11:30 PM. Organized by Caldarola Volley.
Indulge in a variety of local flavors, starting with mixed bruschette and crispy fried Ascolana olives. For your main course, choose from several hearty polenta and tagliatelle dishes featuring rich ragùs made with cod, venison, wild boar, duck, or sausage and ribs. Other savory options include Abruzzese arrosticini, farmer's style ribs, a mixed grill, and the traditional Trippa della Vergara. Sweeten your experience with fried polenta dessert and pair your meal with Vernaccia wine. Fresh salads and french fries are also available as sides.
Join us for four days of fun! On August 20th, enjoy the Twins Band, bringing two voices and one soul to the stage. August 21st features the energetic balle Sballe SET. On August 22nd, Federico Olivotti performs, with sweet treats and Vernaccia wine available. The festival concludes on August 23rd with music by Gianni Roberto, followed by a DJ Set with Gian Marco Angeletti and a dance floor opening at 11:30 PM. Kids can also enjoy inflatables and Minnie face painting throughout the event.
