The 21st edition of the Sagra della Pattona celebrates a traditional Tuscan peasant dish: a unique flatbread made with wheat and corn flour, cooked in traditional steel pans. From July 12th to 18th in San Carlo Terme, discover both savory and sweet versions of pattona, accompanied by other local specialties like tordelli pasta and baccalà. Food stands open every evening from 7:30 PM.
