Get ready for a delicious taste of Tuscany! The 47th Sagra della Pappardella invites you to Montespertoli for a flavorful event that blends local traditions, community spirit, and fantastic food. Organized by the Sagra della Pappardella Committee, a collaboration of local associations, this festival welcomes you to Parco Urbano with traditional cuisine, live music, and classic Italian ballroom dancing (ballo liscio). Don't miss the signature pappardelle with wild hare ragu and other typical Montespertoli dishes.
Indulge in authentic Montespertoli culinary delights, featuring the star of the show: homemade pappardelle pasta served with a rich wild hare ragu. You'll also find other traditional first courses and a unique local specialty, 'Lepre in dolce e forte' (sweet and savory wild hare), offering a true taste of Tuscan tradition.
Join us at Parco Urbano in Montespertoli for an evening of food and fun! The restaurant opens for dinner at 7:30 PM on August 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2026. On August 23 and 30, 2026, the restaurant will also be open for lunch starting at 12:30 PM, in addition to dinner at 7:30 PM.
