Every evening, the food stands open their doors to offer the best traditional regional dishes, including the unmissable pappardelle with various sauces, grilled meats, and local desserts. The Sagra della Pappardella Finocchietana also makes room for entertainment. Each night, a dance orchestra will perform to get people of all ages dancing. The Sagra della Pappardella Finocchietana is organized by the Associazione Culturale “La Piazzetta” in collaboration with volunteers who bring this summer event to life every year.
