The 50th Edition of the Sagra della 'Nduja di Spilinga celebrates Calabria's famous spicy spreadable sausage with a rich program of events. This festival offers food stalls, live music, engaging talk shows, and cooking demonstrations all centered around 'nduja, alongside exhibitions and culinary workshops. It's an unmissable opportunity to savor local specialties and immerse yourself in Calabrian culture.

The festival kicks off on August 3rd at 9:00 PM at the Nduja Village with the grand opening and food stalls, followed by a musical performance by Mazza XI Settembre at 10:00 PM. On August 5th, food stalls open at 9:00 PM, with a musical show by 90 Livasi at 10:00 PM in Piazza 30 Settembre. August 6th features a 'Nduja Talk & Cooking Show with Chef Federica D. and Penta Mea Ali at 7:30 PM in Piazza Italia, followed by a lively Dance Tarantella at the Nduja Village. From August 3rd to August 7th, enjoy various activities, exhibitions, additional talk shows, culinary workshops, and experiential tours. The main event, the 50th Sagra della 'Nduja, takes place on August 8th, starting with the Parade of Giants at 4:00 AM, a Tourist Tour at 10:30 AM, and the opening of the Committee's food stands at 6:30 PM. From 8:00 PM, enjoy concerts and musical groups including Huca Popolare in Piazza San Michele, Asmackea and Tarantanova dello Stretto in Piazza Italia, and Antiqua in Piazza XI Settembre. The evening culminates with a spectacular show featuring international guests Aura K (Live), Auga Shett, and Sagazine (DJ Set).
