The event kicks off at 10:30 AM with a conference titled 'LE MELE DELLA BIODIVERSITÀ DEL TERRITORIO,' focusing on the protection and enhancement of Sardinian agricultural biodiversity, featuring Dr. Agr. Giampaolo Usai from Laore Sardegna. Following the conference, there will be a special ceremony to attribute an apple tree to the children of Cargeghe, symbolizing growth together. The day also includes the inauguration of a new communal mural by Nicola Santoro.
