The festivities kick off on Wednesday, August 19th, at 6:00 PM with a live demonstration of manteca cheese making by master cheesemakers in the piazza. At 8:00 PM, the Sagra della Manteca officially opens, and the typical local menu will be served. Starting at 8:30 PM, enjoy musical entertainment and a show with Andrea Cascelli, followed by a DJ Set to keep you dancing in the piazza.
