The festival offers a diverse menu, from appetizers like snail and potato salad, 'Lumacino' (a snail-filled arancino), and snail skewers, to hearty first courses such as risotto with black-eyed peas and tagliolini with snail pesto or ragù. For main courses, savor unique preparations of snails – white (with anchovies and cream), red (with vegetables), and green (with a special green sauce), or try the 'Tricolore di Lumache' featuring all three with polenta. Other options include arrosticini, venison, salamella, and crispy french fries. Don't forget to save room for dessert, with a delightful mixed jam crostata.
