Our food stands open nightly from 7:30 PM, offering a unique culinary journey with snail specialties like 'al verde,' fried, and 'alla parigina,' alongside traditional Piedmontese dishes, carpione, and even vegetarian burgers. Indulge in a delightful array of Piedmontese culinary treasures, from savory appetizers like Carne Cruda and Carpaccio di pesce spada to unique local specialties such as Carpione (chicken cutlet, eggs, and zucchini) and Insalata Bergera. The festival's highlight is, of course, the snails, prepared in various delicious ways: Lumache al verde, Lumache alla parigina, fried Lumache, and even a Lumaca skewer with pancetta and fries. Beyond snails, savor hearty main courses like Agnolotti al plin with ragù, Gnocchi al gorgonzola, Guanciotte al vino with baked potatoes, and classic Salsiccia with fries.
